Acting Chief Executive Officer Abdulwahab Al-Shatti informed that the passengers will be received at the Khairan Mall terminal on Wednesday, March 25, 24 hours prior to departure. He noted that the latest time for passenger processing and bus departures to the Nuwaiseeb border crossing is eight hours before flight time.

He stressed that Kuwait Airways maintains ongoing coordination with relevant authorities inside and outside Kuwait to provide optimal operational alternatives and solutions, adding that passenger and crew safety remain top priorities.

A designated area has been prepared at Khairan Mall to ensure passenger safety and comfort, where travelers will also receive their land transportation tickets. Passengers were urged to adhere to land transport procedures, beginning with baggage weighing and completion of check-in formalities.

Al-Shatti added that limousine services are available for Royal and Business Class passengers from their homes to Khairan Mall upon request. Travelers opting to use private vehicles must first visit Khairan Mall to collect boarding passes before proceeding to Dammam Airport to complete check-in and baggage drop. Bookings are available through the airline’s Customer Service Call Center, via WhatsApp, or through Kuwait Airways sales offices.
