SDAIA Academy has launched Applied AI Bootcamp, aimed at equipping national talents with advanced skills in artificial intelligence (AI) and enabling participants to design, analyze, and build agentic AI systems.
The program seeks to strengthen technical expertise, foster innovation, and prepare participants to address real-world challenges through practical, hands-on training and collaborative learning experiences.
The initiative seeks to support labor market needs and enhance national capabilities in advanced technologies, while fostering innovation, strengthening digital competencies, and preparing a highly skilled workforce capable of contributing to the development and adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions.
The applied AI bootcamp focuses on developing participants’ skills in agentic software engineering through building full-stack applications using Python, mastering APIs and version control systems such as Git, and enhancing capabilities in machine learning and data engineering by designing integrated machine learning (ML) pipelines that cover the full workflow, from statistical data analysis and preparation to model development and performance evaluation.
It also includes training on developing advanced deep learning models for natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision, enabling participants to create practical solutions that address real-world challenges across multiple sectors. In addition, participants at the applied AI bootcamp will learn how to design agentic AI systems and build applications powered by large language models (LLMs) using modern AI-assisted programming tools.
The applied AI bootcamp targets professionals in technical fields and will be held in person in Riyadh from March 29 to May 21. Registration is open until March 12, as part of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority’s (SDAIA) ongoing efforts to strengthen national capabilities and cultivate a new generation of specialized talent in data and artificial intelligence.
