7X has expanded the scope of support enabled by ADEED, the UAE Supply Chain Support Platform, by onboarding a wider network of partners and service providers across the UAE following the platform’s successful launch in Abu Dhabi.

The expansion is aimed at strengthening supply chain continuity, facilitating trade flows and enhancing the readiness of the UAE’s economic system amid rapidly evolving operational and economic conditions. Under the expanded framework, ADEED’s partner ecosystem now includes more than 30 additional entities, including express delivery companies, transport firms, logistics providers and other stakeholders linked to the trade and supply chain sector.

The move is expected to deliver more integrated responses to requirements involving coordination across multiple entities, routes and operators. It also strengthens ADEED’s ability to connect requests with the most relevant entities for processing, reinforcing its role as a unified national platform supporting readiness and coordinated response.

ADEED has also widened access to support services related to trade finance, funding and financial risk mitigation through partnerships with banks, financial institutions and business ecosystem partners. The initiative is designed to help companies access integrated solutions that support business continuity and improve responsiveness to operational and financial changes.

The expansion follows the platform’s initial launch phase, during which ADEED achieved a 100 per cent closure rate for all requests received within one month, either resolving them directly or directing them to the appropriate channels. Requests covered logistics and supply chain services, trade and supply chain financing, and supplier and operational resource support.

As part of the expansion, ADEED Radar was introduced as an operational smart layer providing real-time monitoring of trade flow and supply chain indicators. The system tracks vessel movements, port activity at key terminals across the UAE and alerts related to potential disruptions.

Powered by AI-driven analytics, ADEED Radar evaluates alternative routes and models operational scenarios to strengthen ecosystem preparedness, support proactive decision-making and improve response efficiency across variables affecting supply chain continuity.

ADEED uses AI technologies to analyze requirements and generate actionable insights through an integrated ecosystem of logistics capabilities covering air, sea and land transport, both domestically and internationally.

The platform also provides warehousing, fulfilment and operational support services linked to supply chains, while facilitating the structuring, assessment and routing of requests to the most suitable channels to improve response speed, follow-up clarity and coordination efficiency across stakeholders.
