The Bahrain Society of Private Training Institutes (BSPTI) has strengthened its strategic partnership with the Ministry of Labour to enhance national competencies by providing Bahraini talent with the resources and skills needed to excel in a rapidly evolving labor market.
This initiative seeks to leverage and invest in the capabilities of local professionals to support sustainable growth across various sectors, thereby contributing to the national development.
The Society also highlighted the continuous efforts of His Excellency Dr. Yousif bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, Minister of Legal Affairs and Acting Labour Minister, in advancing this critical agenda.
An official meeting between His Excellency Dr. Khalaf and a BSPTI delegation, led by Nawaf Al-Jishi, Chairman of the Society, with the presence of the Board of Directors, took place at the Ministry’s headquarters, during which the statement was made.
The discussions centered on exploring avenues for joint cooperation to enhance the effectiveness of training programs tailored for Bahraini nationals. The focus was on enhancing program outcomes to meet the demands of labor market, elevate quality and efficiency, and ensure national training initiatives align with the evolving trends and technological advancements.
Al-Jishi stated that the strong partnership between BSPTI and the Ministry of Labour, highlight its role in reinforcing efforts to stabilize and grow the private training sector, and stressed the importance of delivering high-caliber training programs that not only prepare the national workforce but also position them as top-tier candidates for employment in both public and private sectors.
“The strategic initiatives undertaken by the Society, in partnership with various private training institutes, are instrumental in supporting the integration of Bahraini citizens into the labor market. These efforts are designed to provide the economy with qualified, skilled professionals who are equipped to meet the evolving demands of today’s workplace.
