Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded construction contracts worth $653 million (AED 2.4 billion) for new phases of its flagship villa developments, ‘The Acres’ and ‘The Acres Estates,’ located in Dubailand.
The contracts have been awarded to United Engineering Construction (UNEC) for The Acres, while GCC Contracting will execute works for The Acres Estates.
The scope of work includes construction, testing, commissioning, and final handover of a total of 557 villas across both developments.
The latest phase of The Acres will feature 371 villas ranging from three to five bedrooms, complemented by integrated community infrastructure.
Meanwhile, The Acres Estates will comprise 186 larger five- to seven-bedroom residences designed as a more exclusive premium offering.
