The UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has launched the Tabby installment payment service, allowing customers to pay ministry service fees and administrative fines over a period of four to 12 months for transactions of up to $5,445 (AED20,000).

The new service is designed to provide customers with greater flexibility in meeting their financial obligations through a simple and convenient digital payment process.

Customers can access the Tabby installment service through MoHRE’s digital channels by selecting the installment payment option in accordance with the approved procedures.

The service offers multiple payment options tailored to customer needs, supporting more efficient government services while improving customer satisfaction with MoHRE’s digital offerings.

Mohammed Saqr Al Nuaimi, MoHRE’s Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services, said that, “The new service forms part of the Ministry’s efforts to develop its digital services, streamline procedures, and provide solutions centered around customer needs. This, in turn, resonates with the UAE government’s aspirations to develop government services and enhance their efficiency.”

Tabby adds to MoHRE’s existing installment options

The Tabby installment service complements the ministry’s existing flexible payment options, which allow customers to pay service fees and administrative fines in installments using credit cards issued by eight MoHRE-approved banks: Emirates NBD, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Mashreq Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD), Commercial International Bank (CIB), and RAKBANK.

Under the existing credit card installment plans, customers can spread payments over up to 12 months with zero interest and no maximum transaction limit, subject to the terms and conditions of the participating banks and the available credit card limit.
