National Bank of Oman (NBO) will support praiseworthy & unconditional service by Oman’s health workers to keep the country safe through the distribution of RO 1 million as part of its relief initiative.
A share of the contribution has already been given to the Ministry of Health’s Endowment Fund. Meanwhile, the leftover funds will be utilized to purchase critical and life-saving equipment and supplies for Royal Hospital, Al Nahdha Hospital, Sultan Qaboos University Hospital, and the Royal Oman Police Hospital where the majority of COVID-19 cases are treated.

Joining a nationwide call to action, the bank’s contribution will help with the preparation of protective gear and medical supplies as healthcare services work to treat the virus and control its spread. NBO is also enabling customers to make contributions to the cause through its mobile app and at ATMs.
