The Emirates Classification Society (TASNEEF) has signed a landmark 10-year exclusive global partnership agreement with the International Federation for Emergency Medicine (IFEM), positioning the UAE-based organization at the forefront of international healthcare certification and quality assurance.
Under the agreement, signed during the International Conference on Emergency Medicine in Hamburg, TASNEEF will become the exclusive global certification partner for the implementation of the IFEM Emergency Department Certification Programme through its certification arm, TASNEEF-RINA Business Assurance.
The long-term partnership is designed to establish a structured and internationally recognized framework for evaluating emergency departments across the world. The certification program will focus on improving patient safety, enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening governance practices, and ensuring compliance with globally accepted healthcare standards.
TASNEEF to healthcare institutions
As part of the agreement, TASNEEF will support healthcare institutions, healthcare systems, and national authorities worldwide in advancing the quality and performance of emergency care services. The initiative aims to help emergency departments adopt best practices, improve clinical outcomes, and deliver safer and more effective patient care.
