The Bahraini Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications has launched the mobile postal services project by Bahrain Post, an innovative step aimed at enhancing and expanding postal services across the Kingdom’s governorates.
The mobile postal services project seeks to provide convenient solutions that make it easier for citizens and residents to access postal services without the need to visit traditional post offices.
Dr. Khalid Abdulrahman Al Haidan, Assistant Undersecretary for Postal Affairs at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications, said that the mobile postal services project represents a qualitative leap in improving customer experience. It offers a convenient and efficient alternative for completing postal transactions quickly and easily in all governorates, reflecting the ministry’s commitment to providing modern and advanced services that meet the needs of individuals and institutions alike.
Dr. Al Haidan added that the project forms part of a comprehensive strategy to modernize and develop and expand the scope of services, as part of the ministry’s efforts to support digital transformation, improve service quality, and enhance customer satisfaction. Dr. Al Haidan emphasized the ministry’s keenness to continue implementing initiatives that keep pace with global developments and contribute to improving the services provided to customers.
The initiative includes vehicles equipped with the latest systems to deliver postal services across the Kingdom’s governorates. The service is available daily from Saturday to Thursday, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., enabling customers to access postal services conveniently and flexibly in multiple locations.
