Dubai Chambers has explored new avenues to enhance the resilience of bilateral trade flows with Oman during a high-level visit to Sohar, led by HE Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers.

The visit underscores Dubai Chambers’ ongoing commitment to strengthening economic cooperation with key regional partners and supporting sustainable trade growth across strategic markets.

During the visit, the delegation held discussions with the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry branch in North Al Batinah Governorate.

The meeting focused on advancing collaboration between the business communities of Dubai and Sohar across priority sectors, with an emphasis on unlocking high-value opportunities for companies in both markets.

The discussions also aimed to facilitate smoother trade flows and support the continued expansion of bilateral commerce between the UAE and Oman.

As part of the visit, the delegation toured key industrial and logistics hubs, including SOHAR Port and Freezone and Sohar Industrial City. Engagements centered on enhancing the flow of goods, improving supply chain resilience, and deepening logistics integration between Dubai and Sohar.

These efforts are expected to support shared economic development goals and reinforce the strategic importance of both locations as regional trade gateways.
