ENOC Group, a leading integrated global energy company, and Emirates Petroleum Company (Emarat) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for aviation fuel supply.
The collaboration aims to enhance coordination and ensure the reliability of Jet A-1 aviation fuel operations across the UAE, supporting operational continuity, resilience, and adherence to industry standards.
The agreement also sets a clear framework for cooperation, including processes for pipeline transfer and truck loading operations to maintain seamless operations across key aviation hubs.
The BCP will provide documented procedures for the response, recovery, resumption, and restoration of operations. It will also include regular drills, training of personnel, and equipment and connectivity testing to maintain peak operational readiness.
