IBEForuM hosts Qatar STEM Education Summit to focus on key challenges of STEM Education

The Ministry of Education of Qatar has launched an initiative to encourage students to enroll in Science, Technology Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Education, as one of the key pillars of the “Qatar National Vision 2030” is the development of the education sector & has been at the core of Qatar’s efforts over the past few years.

The Summit brings together educators from across the globe to engage and learn how to effectively deliver a STEM Curriculum which will include strategies to engage teachers and students in solving significant problems through STEM Education. It is currently of utmost importance for educators to come together to share their insights on STEM Education and to innovate.

The decision-makers in this strategic Summit are the Deputy Ministers, Ministers, Chairmen, CEOs, Director Generals, Deputy Director Generals, Principals/Deans, Professors, Lecturers, Teachers, Education Technology Heads, etc. from Schools, Colleges, Universities, Higher Education Academies, Government and Semi-Government Entities.

It also hosts speakers on board from some of the most prestigious organizations from Qatar and globally including,

· Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Qatar

· Qatar Foundation

· Qatar University

· Qatar Academy of Science and Technology (QAST)

· NEOM Project, Saudi Arabia

· National STEM Association, Malaysia
