India-based diversity-focused startup network, Encubay is expanding its operation to Dubai with a vision to build a gender-inclusive ecosystem for women entrepreneurs, industry experts, investors, corporates, and all the other key stakeholders.

With the expansion to Dubai, Encubay targets to create a gender-diverse startup ecosystem, with the objective of leveling the playing field for female founders.

The Encubay Dubai Chapter targets to develop a community of female founders and funders and help them access the networks via Encubay through a series of skilling sessions, networking events and conferences. Further, the expansion will create a trade corridor between Dubai and India, which will help startups to strengthen their market presence in both countries.
