The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), the Nasser Centre for Science and Technology (NCST), and the Kooheji Foundation have signed an agreement to establish a new NCST branch at the Bahrain International Investment Park in Muharraq.
The project provides an advanced educational and training environment, strengthens vocational and technical education programs, and introduces a specialized training program in hospitality and hotel management to meet evolving workforce requirements.
Ebrahim Dalhan Al Doseri, Acting Secretary-General of RHF, said that the agreement demonstrates RHF’s commitment to supporting programs that contribute to the preparation and empowerment of national talent.
Al Doseri added that NCST, which was launched by RHF in 2014, has become one of the Foundation’s key development initiatives, and that the new branch will expand access to specialized education and training opportunities for students and young people across the Kingdom.
Dr. Abdulla Nasser Al Noaimi, Chief Executive Officer of NCST, remarked that the new branch represents an important step in expanding the Centre’s educational and training services and creating additional opportunities for young people to benefit from programs aligned with labor market needs and national development priorities.

Al Noaimi commented that NCST continues to enhance its programs in line with educational and technological developments, noting that the planned hospitality and hotel management program will help prepare qualified national professionals with the practical and technical skills required by the sector.
Abdulghaffar Abdulraheem Al Kooheji, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Kooheji Foundation, emphasized that the foundation is proud to contribute to the project as part of its commitment to investing in people and equipping young Bahrainis with the skills and knowledge needed for the future.
The new NCST branch is expected to enhance Bahrain’s vocational and technical education infrastructure while supporting the development of a skilled workforce capable of meeting the requirements of emerging industries and priority economic sectors.
