Arada has unveiled Jenna, a new upscale residential complex within its $9.53 billion (AED35 billion) Aljada megacommunity in Sharjah, with the first batch of apartments now available for purchase and full project completion targeted by the end of the first quarter of 2029.
Located on Aljada’s West Boulevard, the development’s initial 100 apartments have been released under Jenna 1, which is part of a total of 631 homes planned for the upscale complex.
These homes are expected to cater to a growing demand for quality residential units in the area. The launch of Jenna comes amid sustained property demand across Aljada and the wider emirate of Sharjah.
According to the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, the total value of real estate transactions reached $5.04 billion (AED18.5 billion) in the first quarter of 2026, a notable increase compared to $3.59 billion (AED13.2 billion) in the same period of 2025, marking a significant 40.7 percent year-on-year growth.
Jenna is located close to several key amenities, including Raffles World Academy Sharjah, scheduled to open in September; Aljada’s sports complex, due for completion by the end of 2026; and Madar Mall, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2028.
