Msheireb Properties, a Qatari real estate development company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MEEZA, an IT services and solutions company, to introduce an AI digital companion across Msheireb Downtown Doha.
The initiative represents one of the most advanced smart city deployments in the region, integrating artificial intelligence, data-driven systems, and user-centric design into a unified digital platform aimed at enhancing everyday urban interactions.
According to the agreement, the pilot phase of the AI Digital Companion will begin on April 30, 2026, with full interactive functionality scheduled for rollout on May 24, 2026.
The phased implementation is designed to ensure system optimization and seamless integration across city services.
Developed by Hewlett Packard Enterprise, the AI Digital Companion will be deployed across 15 interactive smart kiosks located throughout Msheireb Downtown Doha.
Operating as a 24×7 intelligent digital concierge, the system will serve residents, visitors, and tenants through a single, intuitive interface.
The platform will provide a wide range of services including wayfinding, real-time information updates, event discovery, ticket bookings, restaurant reservations, and digital payment capabilities such as parking fee settlements.
A dedicated mobile application will also extend access to services beyond the kiosks, ensuring continuity of user experience on the move.

In addition to kiosk deployment, a holographic version of the AI Digital Companion will be showcased at the Msheireb Properties showroom.
