Abu Dhabi-based asset management firm ALAIN has commenced construction on Vida Residences Saadiyat Island, marking the debut of the Vida-branded residential concept in the UAE capital.
The project has already achieved a full sell-out, reflecting robust demand and confidence in ALAIN’s delivery strategy as well as the hospitality expertise of Emaar Hospitality Group.
A groundbreaking ceremony held on-site at Saadiyat Island was attended by senior executives from both organizations, alongside consultants and project stakeholders.
Vida Residences Saadiyat Island will comprise 121 fully furnished one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, designed around Vida’s signature ethos of contemporary aesthetics, creative energy, and connected urban living. The development targets a new generation of globally mobile residents, entrepreneurs, and creatives seeking integrated lifestyle offerings.
Strategically positioned, the project offers proximity to globally recognized cultural institutions, including the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Zayed National Museum, and the upcoming Guggenheim Abu Dhabi.
The project is designed to deliver a vibrant, community-driven environment centered around a curated plaza featuring retail and dining outlets, indoor and outdoor social spaces, and communal areas that encourage interaction.
