Mosanada Facilities Management Services has announced the award of a five-year contract to a joint venture that includes the company to deliver integrated facilities management (IFM) services for the headquarters complex of QatarEnergy in West Bay, Doha.
Mosanada confirmed via the Qatar Stock Exchange that the QatarEnergy headquarters complex spans more than 700,000 square meters.
The development comprises ten high-rise towers, with heights ranging from 14 to 47 floors, making it one of the most prominent institutional assets in the country.
Located in Doha’s central business district of West Bay, the headquarters complex serves as the primary operational hub of QatarEnergy, a cornerstone entity in the nation’s energy sector.
The scale and strategic importance of the site underline the significance of the contract, which will involve delivering comprehensive IFM services across the entire complex.
The services include maintenance, technical operations, and support services essential for the seamless functioning of such a large-scale, high-density corporate environment.
Mosanada stated that the contract award reflects its strong operational capabilities and proven track record in managing complex institutional facilities across Qatar.
The new agreement is also set to deepen Mosanada’s relationship with QatarEnergy, reinforcing its presence within the country’s critical energy sector.
The contract also enhances Mosanada’s portfolio of long-term, recurring revenue streams—an important factor in ensuring business stability and sustained growth.
The company noted that such agreements are central to its strategic positioning in the facilities management market.
The deal also underscores Mosanada’s capacity to manage large-scale, multi-tower developments, in line with its broader objective of delivering integrated, end-to-end facilities management solutions across Qatar.
